Will the VM500-3 work with my cable company phone line?

In most cases, Temperature Guard will work with your cable phone system.  If you can use a standard phone with your cable phone system, then the Temperature Guard will work; however, we suggest that you test the Temperature Guard once it is installed.

Also verify that your cable phone service will still function if the power goes out.  If the phone service does not work when the power goes out then you will have to provide battery back for it.
