We at TemperatureGuard.com take the security of our customer's personal information seriously.   We do not sell or distribute lists of our customers.  Credit card numbers are immediately deleted after orders are processed.

Shipping and Ordering Policies

Our goal is to get you what you need in a timely and efficient manner. On most domestic orders for in-stock items, please allow 1-2 business days processing time plus 3-7 business days for UPS-Ground delivery. Domestic orders of in-stock items with Next-Day or 2-Day shipping will be processed and shipped the same business day (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays), if received before 11:00a.m. EST. For international orders, please allow 2-3 business days processing time plus 6-12 business days for standard delivery. Please note that we are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.   Please see our Shipping Details page for more shipping details.

If a product is out-of-stock or not readily available, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated time of delivery. Generally, we will hold an item on backorder status for a period of 30 days, unless we are notified earlier to cancel the order.

If your order is delayed for any other reason, such as an invalid credit card, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Currently, we ship to all locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and virtually anywhere in the world. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes except for those on U.S. military bases. We currently use UPS for all shipments, domestic and international.

During the “Checkout” process you will be given the option of “Standard Shipping”, “2-Day Delivery” or “Next-Day Air Service”. The shipping charge will be provided prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on actual product shipping weight and shipping destination.

Shipping charges are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that the “actual” shipping cost exceeds the estimate, you will be notified by email. Your approval of any increase in charges will be required prior to the processing of your order.

In general, orders sent by Standard Shipping (Ground Service) will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date. 2-Day Delivery shipments will be delivered 2 business days following the shipment date. Next-Day Air shipments will arrive the next business day after the shipment date.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. We will provide the tracking number.

International shipments may require an additional surcharge, depending on the location and the weight of the shipment. You will be given an estimated international shipping charge during the ordering process, which is subject to change. If any extra charges are necessary, notification will be sent to you by email for approval. Also, depending on the country, other charges may apply such as import duties and customs fees, which may require payment upon delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority regarding any possible duties or taxes prior to finalizing an order. Restocking fees may be required if an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes or fees.

All models under $300 come with a 30 day money back guarantee!  All other models can be returned within 30 days, but are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  Parts must be returned in new and unused condition.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. Any additional costs incurred by Microtechnologies, Inc. due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable orders, will be charged to the credit card account of the customer.
