The Molly305 comes with Data Capture^TM the free, simple to use data logging and email alert generating software.  Data Capture collects temperature readings from the Molly305 and stores them to the PC where it is accessible for graphing.

On board data logging and retention even during power outages make the Molly305 a powerful monitoring solution.  Store temperature, door and power readings for up to a month in non-volatile memory that will never be lost.  As long as the Molly305 has battery power it will continue to log temperature data.
